Furniture and Fragile items
Some of our mirrors and furniture are delivered by a specialist courier. You will be notified of this after the point of sale and this delivery is approximately 2 - 3 weeks.
We ship most of our products overseas and shipping costs are calculated at the checkout.

We do, of course, hope you will be delighted with your goods. However, you are entitled to a product refund up to 21 days from the dispatch date of goods. We offer a no-quibble returns policy on all our products excluding the original delivery fees.
The returned products must be new, in perfect condition, complete with any original swing tags attached, and in original packaging. Used or damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please fill out the returns form that will be sent with your order.
We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage for the goods as we can take no responsibility for goods lost in transit.

You are responsible for covering the cost of returning items to us. We are happy to help and arrange a collection for unwanted items at a charge of $8.34 per box for a standard delivery order, $15.64 per box for a large parcel and $36.49 for furniture and fragile items that requires a specialist courier.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct a percentage of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Delivery charges are non-refundable except where goods are faulty or wrongly sent. In the unfortunate event of goods arriving damaged and/or faulty, please contact us immediately.
We aim to process all refunds within 14 working days. However, during busy times, this might take slightly longer. We will email a confirmation once the refund has been made.
